Week 12

Monday - Weight work, arms, legs, abs, core. 5min run/walk. 500m row.  Feel really weak today so didn't do the full workout.  I don't think I'm eating enough protein so I'm upping the calories slightly this week and see how I go.  1492cals
Tuesday - no gym 849 cals
Wednesday - no gym 639 cals
Thursday - Weight work, arms, legs, abs, core, interval xtrainer, 5k row 1068 cals
Friday - Home weight work, run/walk 10mins, 5k row 1169 cals
Saturday - Weight work, arms, legs, abes, core, interval bike, 5k row 1255 cals
Sunday - Weight work, arms, legs, abs, core, interval xtrainer, 5k row 407 cals

Also they can track your heart rate through a build in heart rate monitor. The way the elliptical trainer is build and works, reduces the pressure on your knees during the core workout.
