Having a hard time this week...due to blowing out on the weekend and my period. So I'm still 67.8kg should be 66 point something by now. So first goal will be 66 point something, second goal 65 point something if I'm lucky.

Tuesday - Gym, weight work, arms, legs, abs, core, run/walk, 5k row
Wednesday - Gym, weight work, arms, legs, abs, core, interval bike 5k row
Thursday - Gym, weight work, arms, legs, abs, core, interval xtrainer, 5k row
Friday - 66.7kg finally!!! no gym..home weight work, arms, legs, abs, core.
Saturday - 66.2 no gym, home weight work, arms, legs, abs, core.
Sunday - 66.2 no gym, home weight work, arms, legs, abs, core
