Week 11

Decided not to weigh in today as I went to sizzler on Saturday and totally stuffed up my diet yesterday so haven't lost anything.  I'm not happy but I'm going to focus on 71kg as my goal this week anyway.

Monday - Weight work, arms, legs, abs and core, interval bike, 5k row 347 cals
Tuesday - No gym but did work at home....arms, legs, core, abs 545 cals
Wednesday - Weight work, arms, legs,abs and core, interval bike, 5k row 325 cals
Thursday - Finally made it to 72.4kgs....now to get to 71 point something and I'll be back on track! Weight work, arms, legs, abs, and core, interval xtrainer, 4k row 623 cals
Friday - 71.7kgs  yay! No gym, 758 cals
Saturday - No gym, worked at home, arms, legs, abs and core, 356 cals
Sunday - No gym, worked at home, arms and legs, abs and core. 356 cals

Can't do my weigh in this week either as my scales have run out of battery....pathetic excuse I know.
